What do you love about where you live?
Submitted by Emu with a Clue.
I love how everyone knows just about everyone else. And even if they don't it's very easy to play six degrees of separation. Now it's also a curse because everyone has a way of thinking they know me and really they only know of me. I love how people take care of their own. That's something you don't get an a huge city. There is real community here and while living in a small town can suck ass there is still some good to be found here.
Other than TeamVox, who was the first person you added to your Vox neighborhood? What made you want to be their neighbor?
Submitted by TheFiercestCalm.
Margotinto was my first neighbor and I wanted to be her neighbor because she said she liked my first Vox post. And besides who doesn't love Lil'ReRe?
If you were independently wealthy, where in the world would you live?

Australia hands down. I've always been fascinated with Australia. I did a presentation in college on Australia. My partner and I presented the parallel between both it and the US. We served our teacher and classmates meat pie and it was a hit. My partner and I were the only group to get an A. I also love the Aussie show McLeods Daughters.
What's the most valuable thing you've ever had stolen?
I don't steal. Taking stuff from my mom doesn't count right? She knows where to find it if she wants it back.
Do you have a particular "catch phrase" for which you are known?
Submitted by Emu with a Clue.
My catch phrase is "I call bullshit". Someone comes up to you and tells you something stupid or something you know to be wrong you say, "I call bullshit." It works in a multitude of situations.
What was the best football highlight of the past week?

I've been known to use knitting to shield myself from awkward situations in the past such as funerals. That's right folks I knit at funerals. Trust me it comes in handy especially when there is a relative pretending to be so overwrought with grief that they have to throw themselves over the casket. However, knitting has played an even bigger role in my life. I it helped me survive being house ridden for a year with my broken pelvis.
What magazines do you subscribe to, and why?
I subscribe to Knit.1. I really like the mag because it's geared toward twenty somethings. Yes, it has a lot of fug in it, like the crap on the cover, but there is some really awesome patterns too.
What do you usually do on Sunday?
I usually go to church at 11AM. By the way I do knit in church. There may be a special place in hell for me but I do it anyway. Besides, I seem to pay closer attention when I'm keeping my hands busy. Next, I go to Wal-Mart around 1PM-ish. I know Wal-Mart is evil but I can't help it, I just have to go. Then I come home, change my clothes, eat, and then play World of Warcraft the rest of the day. Before I know it it's 8PM and time for the 4400. I LOVE that show. Jordan Collier is back, baby!!! And Isabelle looks scared, I love it! Then I go to bed between 10-11PM. That's my Sunday in a nutshell.
What is your favorite cover song?
Question submitted by Ray.
Right now my favorite cover song is The Heart of the Matter by India.Arie. It's off of her latest album, Testimony: Vol. 1, Life & Relationship. It was orginally performed by Don Henley. I've always loved the song, but India's version is better. She adds soul to it. I didn't even know this song needed soul but now that it has it I now realize it needed it.
